1. Agreement

By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms for website use and inquiries.

2. Who we are

The site is operated by Inject Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16282987), registered office Suite 15, Woodfield Business Centre, Carr Hill, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN4 8DE, United Kingdom.

Inject Group Ltd develops and licenses financial market infrastructure technology. In-country implementation and local operations are conducted via authorised central bank-accredited integration partners.

3. The public website

This site describes Nexus, the CB IMTO Transparency System, for informational purposes. Content may be updated without notice. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, a tender response, or a commitment to deploy, certify, or support a production system unless confirmed in a signed licence or implementation agreement.

4. Inquiries and access requests

  • Briefing and demo access are granted at our discretion after we review the request.
  • You must provide accurate organisational details and use a work email address.
  • An acknowledgement email confirms receipt only; it is not approval of access.
  • Demo credentials, if issued, are personal to the named recipient, time-limited, and must not be shared.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or revoke evaluation access without giving reasons where we have a legitimate security or compliance concern.

5. Software licence is separate

Use of Nexus software, APIs, on-premise deployment, support, and service levels is governed only by a written licence and, where applicable, an implementation agreement with Inject Group Ltd and/or an authorised integration partner. These website terms do not grant a licence to install, copy, or operate Nexus.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Misrepresent your identity, organisation, or authority
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the site or related systems except under a mutually agreed security assessment
  • Submit unlawful, defamatory, or confidential third-party data through the inquiry form
  • Use the site to send unsolicited marketing or automated bulk requests
  • Copy substantial site content for a competing product without permission

7. Intellectual property

Nexus, the site design, documentation, trademarks, and related materials are owned by Inject Group Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for internal evaluation. Any other use requires prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Information we mark as confidential, or that a reasonable person would treat as confidential (including architecture details shared in a briefing), must be kept confidential and used only to evaluate Nexus. This does not restrict information that is public, already lawfully in your possession, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

9. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that descriptions are complete, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that Nexus will meet a particular regulatory outcome. Engineering alignment with ISO 27001 and ISO 20022, ISO 27001 audit status (target Q4 2026), SOC 2 Type II control support, and Cyber Essentials held by Inject Group Ltd are described in our Security Notice and Compliance pages. We do not claim a completed ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type II certification.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, Inject Group Ltd is not liable for loss of profit, business, data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from an inquiry. Our aggregate liability arising from website use is limited to £1,000. Licensed deployments are subject to the liability terms in the relevant contract.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after the “last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
