Middle East SI node

Omar Al-Hassani

Delivery director for the Middle East integration node: on-site install, API mapping, and in-region operations for GCC buyers.

Role

Omar leads the Middle East system-integration node. Central-bank RFPs that require on-the-ground presence, Arabic-capable operations, and local invoicing are answered here — not from Doncaster.

Background

The implementing legal entity is set out in the institution’s implementation agreement. This node is the regional delivery capacity: on-site install, IMTO API mapping, and handover into a sovereign SLA. It does not own the Nexus IP.

Markets: UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider GCC corridors covered by the CBUAE and SAMA briefs. Counsel: Fatima Bennani.

What this seat is for

On-site install

Data-centre integration inside the buyer’s estate or a colocation hall.

API mapping

Operator and rail feeds onto the ISO 20022 core without rewriting the product.

L1/L2 SLA

In-region operations; Inject Group engineering is L3 for product defects.

Engagement

In-country delivery node. The contracting SI is set out at award. Inject Group Ltd remains the UK software OEM.
