Role
Nora runs the core delivery cadence: what ships, how a hotfix is signed, and how an accredited SI receives it. L1/L2 stay with the in-country partner. Inject Group engineering is the L3 product backstop.

Delivery lead for regulated software programmes. Her job is to make the three-layer buy model operable: UK core, local install, sovereign SLA — with a clear OEM owner for releases and escalation.
