Leadership

Julian Hart

Chief Business Development Officer. He owns executive relationships across the advisory board, central-bank procurement committees, and regional SI principals — and translates Nexus engineering into a briefing a governor can sit through.

Role

Julian sits beside the Founder as the translation layer between what engineering can ship and what a governor, a ministry of finance lead, or an FIU director will accept in the room. He owns executive relationship management across independent advisors, central-bank procurement committees, and regional system-integrator principals. Licence pricing and the commercial file after award sit with the Chief Commercial Officer.

Background

The seat is for an ex-Big 4 public-sector partner, a former director of sovereign sales (SWIFT, Mastercard Government Solutions, Refinitiv, or equivalent), or a former senior diplomat / trade envoy. The common requirement is peer standing with a payments chair — not a sales-manager title.

He pitches Inject Group Ltd’s vision to Tier-1 advisor candidates (former Bank of England, MAS, and SAMA supervisors among them), leads high-level meetings with central-bank governors, ministry of finance leads, and financial intelligence units across the Middle East and Africa, and keeps the public story of Nexus — ISO 20022 telemetry, time-lock, on-premise estate — in language a committee can evaluate.

What this role covers

Advisory board recruitment

Direct outreach to Tier-1 candidates. Secure independent board commitment, not a courtesy listing.

Central bank and sovereign outreach

High-level meetings with governors, ministry of finance leads, and FIUs across MEA.

SI channel activation

OEM distribution terms with regional integrators, and local delivery nodes kept on the UK release train.

Product marketing strategy

How Nexus is presented in public: telemetry and time-lock as an executive narrative, not an engineering dump.

Engagement

Chief Business Development Officer. Reports to the Chief Executive.
