Leadership

Julian Hart

Chief Business Development Officer. He opens governor-level conversations, recruits independent advisors, and coordinates accredited system integrators — peer to the Founder on institutional access.

Role

Julian sits beside the Founder on institutional access. He is the person who takes a payments chair, a former supervisor, or an SI principal into a peer conversation — so the licence is not introduced as a cold sales pitch. Tender pricing and the commercial file after award sit with the Chief Commercial Officer.

Background

Institutional relations and public-buyer development across payments supervision, financial-market infrastructure, and in-country delivery networks. His brief is access and coordination, not a sales-manager title.

He recruits independent advisors, opens doors at central banks and financial intelligence units, and keeps accredited regional integrators aligned with the United Kingdom licence.

What this role covers

Advisor recruitment

Find and retain independent specialists a governor’s briefing can stand behind.

Sovereign introductions

Peer-level conversations with payments chairs, FIUs, and former supervisors.

SI coordination

Accredited in-country integrators who deliver the licence without speaking as if they own the product.
