Core engineering

Daniel Reeves, CISSP

Principal Security Engineer. He designs the controls that sit on the buyer’s estate and in front of Thales or Entrust HSMs.

Role

Daniel is the engineer who hardens the product: secrets, identity, audit logs, key custody, and how those controls look in an air-gapped install.

Background

Independent principal engineer (CISSP) retained on the Nexus core. He works alongside the ISO 27001 advisory seat — Samuel Okonkwo advises the ISMS programme; Daniel implements product-level controls.

HSM options: Thales and Entrust. Inject Group Ltd holds Cyber Essentials. An ISO 27001 formal audit is in progress (target Q4 2026).
