West Africa SI node

Chinedu Eze

Delivery director for West Africa managed services: IMTO oversight installs, local-currency invoicing, and on-the-ground support.

Role

Chinedu leads the West Africa managed-services node. RFPs that require local content, naira or cedi invoicing, and staff who can be on site are answered here.

Background

The implementing legal entity is set out in the implementation agreement. This node handles physical deployment and sovereign operations. It does not licence the core engine.

Mandate brief: CBN IMTO oversight. Counsel: Kwesi Mensah.

What this seat is for

Local content

On-the-ground engineers and operators, not a fly-in UK services wrapper.

Managed SLA

24/7 L1/L2 on the deployed estate, with OEM L3 behind product defects.

Operator onboarding

Non-bank IMTO feeds brought onto the live telemetry path.

Engagement

In-country managed-services node. Inject Group Ltd remains the UK OEM / IP owner.
