Why the union

Cameroon hosts BEAC HQ. Gabon, Congo, Equatorial Guinea and the other CEMAC members share GIMAC rules. A country-only IMTO file misses the union.

A BEAC regional switch adaptor and ISO 20022 IMTO telemetry. Chad remains Tier 3 (risk protocol). Central African Republic is excluded.
