Why the union, not only the state

Senegal hosts BCEAO HQ. Côte d’Ivoire, Benin, Togo, Guinea-Bissau and the other WAEMU members run national directorates on the same switch rules. A single-country IMTO file misses the union.

What Nexus is here

A multi-tenant regional switch adaptor plus ISO 20022 IMTO telemetry. It does not replace BCEAO. Tier 3 WAEMU members (Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger) stay on the OFSI/FCDO protocol and are not a self-serve demo.
